From June 23 to 27, we celebrated the 1st International Handball Camp in Palafrugell — an unforgettable experience for boys and girls aged 8 to 17. Over five exciting days, more than 40 participants enjoyed a week full of training, competition, and above all, lots of fun.
The camp was organized in collaboration with the Club Handbol Garbí, which supported us throughout the entire process. From 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., participants experienced three daily sessions perfectly run by our coaches Gina, Lluís, and Carla under the supervision of Viran Morros and Sergi Catarain, and following the guidelines set by our Technical Director, Manolo Cadenas.
• Two morning training sessions focused on improving technique and tactics.
• Afternoon competitions to put everything learned into practice.
To keep energy levels high, fruit and water were available throughout the day. Each day ended with a nutritious and delicious meal at Restaurant Tips, where the staff took great care of us.
We want to sincerely thank all the participants for their dedication, effort, and eagerness to learn, as well as the Palafrugell Town Hall and the Club Handbol Garbí for their constant support and collaboration.
The success of this first edition already has us thinking about the second one.
