The beneficiary of this authorization is expressly prohibited from using the photographs in any way that could harm the participant’s privacy or reputation, as well as from exploiting the photographs, videos, or digital captures in any harmful manner or context.
I declare that I am fully satisfied with the participant’s rights and waive any claim for compensation regarding the use of the images referred to herein.
Furthermore, I guarantee that neither I nor the person I represent are bound by any exclusive contract related to the use of the participant’s image or name.
